8.2 Binding Acknowledgment of Shipping Time
BY PLACING AN ORDER FOR STANDARD SHIPPING, YOU EXPLICITLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT DELIVERY TO AUSTRALIA TAKES APPROXIMATELY 30-45 BUSINESS DAYS. This timeframe constitutes standard delivery, not a delay.

8.3 Risk of Loss
All items purchased from EasyDecoHome are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

8.4 Delivery Failures
You are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by you, missed delivery appointments, or failure to respond to carrier communications, any redelivery or return costs shall be your responsibility as outlined in our Shipping Information page.

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. By making a purchase, you agree to all terms and conditions contained in that policy, including but not limited to:

  • The 14-day return window

  • The 7-day deadline for reporting damage or missing items

  • The refund calculation formula for change-of-mind returns

  • The 30% restocking fee for applicable returns

  • The requirement to retain all original packaging for damage claims

  • For All Other Customers: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.

Arbitration shall be conducted in the jurisdiction specified above (Sydney, Australia for Australian customers; Hong Kong for all others).

14.5 Exhaustion of Remedies
By purchasing from EasyDecoHome, you agree that you will not initiate any arbitration, chargeback, or dispute until you have first contacted us and allowed us 10 business days to resolve the issue.

15. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
