Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

Due to our location in China and the nature of international ocean freight, standard shipping to Australia takes 30-45 business days. This is not a delay or an error—it is the standard transit time for sea freight.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this shipping duration. If you need your items sooner, please select an Expedited Express shipping option at checkout.


1. How long until I receive my package?

Once you place your order, the total time until arrival is split into two parts: Processing Time (we prepare your order) and Shipping Time (the package travels to you).

2. Processing Time: 7-10 Business Days

During processing, your order is verified, carefully inspected, and packaged for its international journey.

Important Notes:

  • Start Date: Processing begins once your payment is confirmed.

  • Order Changes: If you change your order (address, color, size) after placing it, processing time will restart from the date of the final confirmation.

  • Holidays: Processing may take longer during major Chinese or local holidays. We will notify you in advance if this affects your order.

4. 🚨 Understanding Your Tracking Status (The "Silent Period")

If you are shipping Standard to Australia, please read this carefully.

It is very common for tracking to show no updates for 15–25 days. This does not mean your package is lost.

Here is what is happening:

  1. The Journey: Your item is on a cargo ship crossing the ocean. Individual parcels on a ship do not have real-time GPS tracking.

  2. The Update: The next scan will occur when the ship docks in Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, etc.) and the package is processed by the local carrier (such as Australia Post or Aramex).

  3. No News is Good News: If tracking has been silent for several weeks, your item is simply safely crossing the ocean. Please only contact us if the status has not changed after 35 total days have passed since shipment.


5. Acknowledgment of Shipping Duration & Chargeback Policy

By placing an order with EasyDecoHome, you explicitly agree to the following terms:

  • Standard Shipping to Australia: You acknowledge that delivery via Standard Shipping can take up to 45 business days from the date of shipment.

  • No Early Disputes: You agree that you will not initiate a credit card chargeback or dispute solely on the basis that the package has not arrived within the first 3–4 weeks. International shipping is a complex process involving ocean transit and customs clearance, and such delays are normal.

  • Dispute Resolution: If your order has not arrived by the end of the full estimated delivery window (45 business days), you agree to contact us first so we can investigate and offer a solution.

  • Consequences of Fraudulent Chargebacks: We reserve the right to defend against any chargeback by providing your signed agreement to these terms (evidenced by your checkout confirmation) and the tracking information showing the package is in transit or has been delivered. Chargebacks filed while an order is within the valid delivery window will be contested fully, and your account may be flagged for fraud.


6. What if my shipment is delayed?

We work hard to get your order to you on time, but sometimes international shipping can be unpredictable. If your order is delayed past the estimated delivery date, our compensation policy applies.

15–21 Days 5% partial refund (up to $20) of product price + coupon.
22–35 Days 10% partial refund (up to $50) of product price + coupon.
35+ Days Please contact us. Up to 15% refund (up to $100) + coupon.

Note: Compensation applies only to shipping/logistics delays. It does not apply to delays caused by incorrect shipping information, missed delivery attempts, or remote area surcharges. Refunds are calculated on the item price only (excluding shipping fees).


7. Shipping Costs & Additional Information

  • Shipping Cost: The exact shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your items, location, and chosen method.

  • Remote Areas: A Delivery Area Surcharge may apply for certain remote locations in Australia. This will be clearly shown at checkout.

  • Customs & Duties: We cover all customs taxes and duties for you. You will not face any unexpected charges upon delivery.

  • Multiple Packages: Due to size and international shipping regulations, your order may arrive in separate packages. There is no extra cost for this.

  • Non-Deliverable Areas: We currently cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).


8. Shipping Insurance 

For extra protection on valuable items, we offer optional shipping insurance at checkout.

Maximum Refund Up to 40% of item price (if no return). Up to 20% of item price (if no return).
Refused Damaged Package No return shipping fee. Customer pays return shipping.
